If a product is not marked as \u201cSold out\u201d, it is in stock, waiting for you in our warehouse, and ready to be shipped.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">Can I change my order or delivery address after placing it?<\/h5>\n<p>We can change the delivery address or recipient details while your order is in the \u201cprocessing\u201d status. However, once the order has moved to the packing stage, our warehouse works very fast and changes to the package contents are no longer possible.<br \/>\n<em>If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at order@dodo-socks.com, including your order ID and the requested changes. We\u2019ll do our best to help if the order hasn\u2019t been shipped yet.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">I received the wrong product or size. What should I do?<\/h5>\n<p>We\u2019re sorry about that. Please email order@dodo-socks.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue.<br \/>\nDepending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.<\/p>\n<p><em>When receiving your order, please check the package contents at the post office. This helps avoid issues related to incorrect or missing items.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Delivery <\/h4>\n<hr\/>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">How long does delivery take?<\/h5>\n<p>We ship internationally with Ukrainian delivery service Ukrposhta. International orders are shipped from Kyiv. Estimated delivery time is 4 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November\/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">My order hasn\u2019t arrived yet. What should I do?<\/h5>\n<p>If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 10 business days, and you haven\u2019t received your order, please email us at order@dodo-socks.com, stating your order ID. We will help you further.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">Which countries do you ship to?<\/h5>\n<p>Dodo Socks are shipped across the globe to over 70 countries, except for Russia and Belarus.<br \/>\nWe\u2019ll automatically calculate your shipping cost at checkout once you\u2019ve selected your country. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">What happens to my personal data?<\/h5>\n<p>When placing your order, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party \u2013 we do, however, send you address to our central distribution office so they can deliver your order to you.<\/p>\n<h4>Returns &#038; Refunds<\/h4>\n<hr\/>\n<h5 id=\"faq-answer-01\">What is your return policy?<\/h5>\n<p>You have the right to return all products you have bought from dodosocks.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them.
